The atmosphere in a preschool is designed to exude modernity, care, and love. The curriculum is designed to train the children in a social setup. Everything is taught through fun activities to make the kids interested in what is going on and simultaneously they learn from it.
Children have lots of energy when it comes to playing. Preschools have yoga and gym corners where they can let off sweats and engage in physical exercises to increase the mobility and flexibility required in the long run.
One of the most important ways to learn is to engage in reading. The interior of preschools is designed with an ambient pastel-colored reading area where children can read peacefully. By doing this, their focus is improved and retention is increased.
The preschool curriculum also works on making the child environmentally conscious through simple gardening lessons and teaching them to plant trees and keep their surroundings clean.
The Indian Coast Guard Station, Karaikal (Ministry of defence) was commissioned on 25 Jul 12. Subsequently, the Coast Guard Kindergarten, Karaikal was inaugurated by Mrs. Neelima Badola, Regional President Tatrakshika (East) on 19 Oct 23 and opened by Mrs. Vijayamohana, Chief Educational Officer, Karaikal on 01 Apr 24.
The Coast Guard Kindergarten is run by administration of Indian Coast Guard Station, Karaikal. The functioning and administration of the Coast Guard Kindergarten school will be governed by the three-tier committee system as per the Coast Guard Kindergarten Bye-Laws-2023 issued by the Coast Guard Headquarters, New Delhi.
